EddyFlower and Colorado Kayak Supply (CKS) have partnered together to provide the EddyFlower Online Store. All returns, exchanges, and warranties will be handled by Colorado Kayak Supply. Colorado Kayak Supply’s Return and Exchange policy is designed to insure that our customer’s will be fully satisfied with the products they receive. We do not accept returns on used gear, used kayaks, or closeout items.
Returns
We gladly accepts product returns within 30 days of the date of purchase. Please call to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returned or exchanged items must be in new, resalable condition with all packaging and tags intact to receive full credit. Customers may be assessed restocking fees, and/or cleaning fees based on the condition of the product. Your original form of payment will be credited for the appropriate amount, less return freight (if applicable) following a satisfactory inspection. For items returned after 30 days, a Colorado Kayak Supply store credit may be issued for the purchase price at our discretion. *Colorado Kayak Supply will refund postage due to shipping errors and/or defective products.

Returns and Exchange Kayaks
We gladly accepts kayak returns within 30 days of the date of purchase. Please call CKS to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. These costs vary from $75-$300 depending upon the size of the kayak and your geographical region. Returned or exchanged kayaks must be in new, resalable condition with all packaging and tags intact to receive full credit.
We will gladly accept exchanges on products within 30 days of the date of purchase. Please call to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#). You are responsible for shipping charges back to CKS, however, we will cover the shipping cost for the replacement item. (Limited to 1 exchange). Kayaks and paddles are oversized packages and may accrue additional re-shipping charges. *Orders from Alaska, Hawaii, and all international orders, are subject to shipping charges on returns and exchanges.
Shipping Damage
If you receive merchandise that is damaged during shipping refuse the shipment upon delivery (if possible) and contact us immediately. If you are unable to refuse shipment, please hold on to the original packaging for claims evidence. Used items and “special orders” are not eligible for refunds and exchanges.
PLEASE FOLLOW THESE STEPS TO RETURN AND EXCHANGE:
1. Call CKS (1-888-265-2925) or log into your account at www.coloradokayak.com, or e-mail us (info@coloradokayak.com) and request a Return Authorization Number (RA).
2. Write the RA # clearly in bold next to the address label on the return package; or print out the Return Authorization (RA) form and place it in the package.
3. For your protection, we recommend you insure your return/exchange package when you send it to CKS.
4. Using UPS, FedEx, or DHL ship your return package to: Colorado Kayak Supply 327 East Main Street Buena Vista, CO 81211
5. Using United States Postal Service (USPS) ship your return package to: Colorado Kayak Supply P.O. Box 730 Buena Vista, CO 81211 Thank you, CKS Sales Staff.
Warranties
We carry a lot of different products from dozens of different manufacturers. We make it a goal to only represent products from companies that stand behind their products.
Warranties vary by product and by manufacture. Many manufactures handle their warranties in house and others handle them through us.
Customer Center and log a case and a CKS customer service rep will reply within 24 hours.
