Squeeze Nose Plugs have silicon pads and a spring loaded clip. These will stay on your nose wether you are practicing your roll or aggressive playboating. These noseclips do come un-assembled. To get the rubber nose clamp piece into the spring use 303 or any other oil and a little force and you should have no problems.
